What is Tai Chi Chuan?

Sometimes just referred to as Tai Chi, this is a Chinese-based martial art that provides participants of any age a complete form of exercise. Long prized for its aid in health, longevity, and self-defense, Tai Chi is especially beneficial for individuals with fast-paced, stressful lifestyles and limited time to exercise?

For a little over 1 hour per week women, men and children can learn, develop, and maintain healthy lifestyles and exceptional self-defense.
